Yaaro CXO does not guarantee specific financial, operational, or business outcomes, as results depend on multiple internal and external factors.
Client Responsibilities
Clients agree to:
Provide accurate, complete, and timely information required for service delivery
Take final responsibility for all business decisions made based on recommendations
Ensure timely cooperation, approvals, and access to relevant data and stakeholders
Independent Professional Relationship
All CXOs and professionals engaged through Yaaro CXO act as independent consultants.
Nothing in this engagement creates an employer-employee, partnership, or agency relationship.
Fees & Payments
Fees are charged as per the agreed contract or retainer
Payments must be made within the agreed timelines
Delayed payments may result in suspension or termination of services
Fees once paid are non-refundable, unless explicitly agreed in writing
Confidentiality
Both parties agree to maintain strict confidentiality of all non-public information shared during the engagement.
Confidential information may only be disclosed:
With written consent
When required by law
Clients also agree to protect Yaaro CXO’s proprietary frameworks, tools, and methodologies.
Intellectual Property
All frameworks, templates, tools, and methodologies developed or used by Yaaro CXO remain its intellectual property.
Clients are granted limited, non-transferable rights to use deliverables for internal business purposes only.
Non-Solicitation
Clients agree not to directly or indirectly solicit or engage Yaaro CXO team members during the engagement and for the period defined in the service agreement.
Limitation of Liability
Yaaro CXO shall not be liable for:
Business losses
Indirect or consequential damages
Decisions taken by the client
Any liability shall be limited to the fees paid for the specific engagement.
Termination
Either party may terminate the engagement as per the notice period defined in the agreement.
Upon termination:
All outstanding dues must be settled
Confidentiality obligations will continue

All website content is for general informational purposes only.
Unauthorized use, copying, or distribution of website content is strictly prohibited.
Changes to Terms
Yaaro CXO reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time.
